3. Third-Party Platforms

VdZip is an independent service. It does not own or control content hosted by Instagram, Facebook, X, Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Moj, TikTok, Dailymotion, or other third-party services. Your use of those services remains subject to their respective terms and policies.

4. Prohibited Activities

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, overload our systems, introduce malicious code, or use automated requests in a way that harms the service or bypasses reasonable technical restrictions.

5. Service Availability

VdZip is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every URL, platform, video, format, or quality level will always work, or that the service will be available without interruption or errors.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

VdZip does not claim ownership of third-party media processed through its tools. Copyright and other rights in that media remain with the applicable rights holders. The VdZip website, including its own text, design, branding, and code, may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VdZip and its operators will not be responsible for losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including issues caused by third-party platforms, downloaded content, interruptions, or device and software problems.
